Use Sitepace to organise lawful residential self-build, extension or renovation project-management information, collaborate with authorised participants, and create indicative planning outputs for professional review.

Professional and regulatory misuse

Do not present or use an output as an approved construction drawing, structural or load calculation, electrical design, building-regulation decision, safety plan, inspection, certificate or evidence of approval. Do not use Sitepace to skip permissions, inspections, building control or qualified professional judgement.

Prohibited content and conduct

Do not upload unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, malicious or privacy-invasive content; personal secrets, complete payment-card data or credentials; malware; content that facilitates unsafe construction; or third-party information you lack authority to process. Do not probe, overload, scrape, reverse engineer or circumvent service limits or security.

No misleading claims

Do not remove the planning-only boundary when an output is shared for decision-making. Do not falsely claim an output was created, checked, approved or certified by a named professional or authority. Do not impersonate participants or fabricate project evidence.

Enforcement and reporting

We may restrict content or access where reasonably necessary to protect users, the service or others, and may preserve or report records where law requires. Report suspected misuse to support@excelscotnorthh.shop. We consider context, severity, repeat activity and available remediation.
