Your input and generated content
As between you and Sitepace, you retain rights you hold in project input and generated outputs. AI output may not be unique and similar material may be generated for others. You are responsible for checking factual accuracy, third-party rights and suitability before sharing or use.
Limited processing licence
You grant EXCEL SCOTLAND NORTH LTD and its processors a worldwide, non-exclusive, limited licence to host, copy, format, transmit and process your content only to provide, secure and support the requested service, comply with law and enforce applicable terms. This licence ends when content is deleted, subject to backup, legal and security retention described in the Privacy Policy.
AI processing and training
Project inputs and output instructions may be transmitted to contracted AI providers to perform a requested generation. Sitepace does not claim or require a licence to train models on your project content. Provider processing is limited by contract and the Privacy Policy. Do not submit content you cannot lawfully send to a processor.
Sitepace materials
The software, interface, brand, templates, layout and service documentation remain owned by or licensed to Sitepace. A subscription grants a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use them within the service. It does not grant rights to copy the service, resell access or remove proprietary notices.
